I am Sonia Anderson owner of Mountain Town Bookkeeping.

I offer boutique bookkeeping service's to small to mid size business's in the sea to sky area. My focus is providing efficient, timely bookkeeping services tailored to your specific business's need. With over 19 years based in Whistler and a background of hotel management I capitalized on my experience & re specialized my skills by completing a Diploma of Bookkeeping finishing with highest honors. I am also Quickbooks & Excel trained, experienced and adaptable to most software.

My clients can expect  a friendly, approachable and invested bookkeeping service.

Payroll for your employees that works for your business. From EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer / Direct Deposit), cheque's and software management solutions. T4 preparation, WCB and

Payroll tax preparation.

Keeping your financial records & reports organised is an important aspect of your business.  Let me help you. Weekly to Monthly bank & credit card reconciliation, filing GST, PST return's and preparing financial reports will save time with your accountant.

Initial Client Meeting - Complimentary

Green $225 Per Month

  • Up to 65 transactions

  • Up to 3 bank /credit card accounts & reconciliation

  • GST & PST Filing Quarterly or Annually

  • Quarterly Reporting

  • Phone & Email Support

Black $650 Per Month

  • Up to 250 transactions

  • Up to 7 bank / credit card accounts & reconciliation

  • GST & PST Filing per business requirement

  • Customized Reporting

  • Phone & Email Support

Additional Services

  • Payroll , T4, T4A's, WCB are charged at a hourly rate of $50 in 15 min increments. All Rates / packages are subject to 5% GST

Blue $365 Per Month

  • Up to 125 Transactions

  • Up to 5 bank/credit accounts & reconciliation

  • GST, PST Filing Monthly, Quarterly or Annually 

  • Monthly or Quarterly reporting based on client preference

  • Phone & Email Support

Double Black

  • If your needs fit in between packages or  Quarterly reporting fits your needs - a customized  package can be designed.

Clean Up

  • Clean up work can be done at reduced hourly rate or a set amount based on the scope.
